Lovely eyeliner but…..
Gorgeous eyeliner however both times I’ve purchased it’s had issues - broken really easily and second time wouldn’t wind up to be able to use it :(

Not as advertised
I bought the brown eyed girl colour last year and it was great. It looked the same as advertised. Last week I used the order again button on my account but what arrived was much shorter and looked nothing like the first one. The product packaging was unsealed and when I tried to use the pencil it was really dry and kept breaking. Was it old stock? The colour was more of a reddish brown and made me look like I had conjunctivitis. Such a shame as I now feel it’s money wasted and a bit of a lottery to buy again.

Ok, not great.
I had high expectations due to the price point and brand reputation, but surprisingly, the application was difficult and required significant pressure to work effectively. Although I enjoy the other products in the range, this particular item wasn't suitable for my needs!
