These HAVE to be take with a meal!
It took me a couple of weeks to adjust to the vitamins and find out what worked for me. When taking the recommended doses (3 AM and 3 PM) I found that it was a little too much for me, and this is coming from someone who has been taking a good multivitamin daily for years. These are pretty harsh on my stomach and I can really only comfortably tolerate them when take just before or after a meal, especially the PM vitamins. I cut down to 2 AM and 2 PM per day, each taken with a meal, and found that I have noticeably better energy through the day. I found that taking the PM too late or right before bed can actually cause me to to toss and turn all night, so I started taking it around 5-6 pm with dinner. It took a little while for my body to get used to to the PM vitamins, as I felt like I still had energy to spare when going to bed, but now I sleep like a baby. All in all I think these are pretty good quality vitamins, and they’ve given me noticeably more energy through the day. It just takes some experimenting to see what works for you as far as doses go. There is a period where your body will need to adjust and build a tolerance to the extra energy, so you may feel a bit jittery or wired for the first week or so, but it evens out soon after, leaving you with a good amount of energy through the day and restful sleep at night. There are other reviews complaining that this supplement makes it hard to sleep at night, and that may be true for the first week or two depending on your tolerance, but I assure you that effect wears off. It’s just your body adjusting to the energy that you get from the AM supplements.

Best multivitamin I've ever taken!
I'm used to spending up for good vitamins, I've been doing it for well over a decade and I thought I'd been buying pretty good vitamins. Then I read an article talking about how there's really no regulation of the vitamin industry... which got me to thinking... what if my expensive multi-vitamin wasn't actually doing what I thought it was doing. I'd noticed that I didn't get the same feeling of well-being that I used to... which led me down a rabbit hole. I did some research and came across Thorne. I'd never heard of them, but they were even higher rated than a brand which makes a supplement I really like and works. So, I did more research and then more research. I was very impressed by the fact that they research all their ingredients and then TEST the final product to ensure that what's in the bottle is what's on the label. Finally, I decided to bite the bullet and took a chance on these. I liked the idea of having two different blends; one for morning, one for night. They arrived late in the day, so I ended up taking the night blend first and wow... I slept better than I had in months, I woke up feeling better rested and perkier than I have in years. Then I took the morning blend and again, I had this feeling of well-being all day. Work's been extra stressful for the last 18 months, but for the first time, I feel like I've got a floor underneath me, like my health is being bolstered. It feels really good! Now, couple of things: First, you're supposed to take six pills a day, three AM and three PM. They're not big and they're not hard to swallow, but this does mean that the large pill count you see on the bottles turns this into a 30-day supply. Second, they're not cheap. In fact, they're rather breathtakingly expensive when you consider that you're only buying a month supply. However... the quality of the product and the performance provided means that I also feel like I'm getting my money's worth. I've now switched most of my other supplements over to Thorne (I'd do more, but they don't make everything I want to take) and I'm very very impressed with the results. Thanks for reading this far!

Hands down best multivitamin ever
These are amazing. After nearly 2 years of daily use I can easily tell when I forgot to take them. I've measured their effectiveness on mental health by my chess score (what a nerd this guy), which goes down quite a bit when I miss a few days. Great for athletics and mental acuity. Thorne products are amazing.

Best vitamins available
Thorne is the benchmark in vitamins and supplements. The supplement vitamin world is filled with inferior product. Do your research about what you’re putting in your body.,

Still in the first week so far so good!
I'm still trying these and I experiment with a few supplements so I'm not entirely sure how I feel about them yet. Mostly, the good news:1. I think the morning supplements are activating & not nausea inducing as I don't eat first thing, I work out first thing.2. I've noticed I've slept well, fallen asleep better, felt more rested and not struggled with my energy as much (I'm a medical school student).3. I felt motivated & optimistic for the earlier part of the day, perhaps if I broke up the pills this would last longer instead of tasking all 3 at once.4. The pills are not hard to swallow, I don't even need water and I take the full 3 in the morning & 3 in the evening that everyone has complained about. It's not a big deal, taking 6 pills.day to feel better & have energy hardly seems like something to be angry about. The thing I am worried about with this vitamin may be paranoia but previously I was taking the multi without copper because I eat mostly vegetarian & have realized I consume much more than the daily recommended copper dose per day. This is fine but there are instances such as Wilson's disease (I know someones with this disease) where copper is not adequately excreted & deposits in organs, including the brain. I have no evidence that I have Wilson's disease; however, Zinc & Copper compete for absorption from what I have read (Zinc supposedly chelates Copper) so my primary concern is getting enough Zinc as I already over consume copper containing foods. Also, I love Thorne & their SF722 supplement is incredible for my candida-induced brain fog, Thank you! Thanks,Jackie
