I started chewing this gum at the beginning of 2025 because Xylitol is good for your teeth, what the label doesnt tell you is that you need about 6g a day to have a positive effect on tooth health. Which you could easily chew 6 pieces a day to get the amount you need, because the flavor runs out about 20 minutes into chewing it. Still I like it better than regular gum because I know it is doing SOMETHING!

If you’re more familiar with normal chewing gum, it’ll be awkward chewing a single spry as it’s barely any gum. Two pieces will give you the same chewing experience as a normal stick.It lasts about 5-10 minutes before it starts to harden up and rubberize, which is pretty typical for gum.The amount you get per container, for the price, is pretty generous. If you’re a boredom chewer it might not last long for you but otherwise this is easily a 1 month supply of gum.The flavor itself is in my opinion on par with Bubble Yum and Bubble Tape. It’s absolutely worth trying bubble gum flavor Spry if you are not sure about xylitol gum or Spry as a brand. So good!

Love that there are no artificial sweeteners. The taste is good, but the flavor doesn’t last very long which is true of all of the “healthier” gums out there that I have tried. Wish it came in a tin instead of plastic as I am trying to avoid as many plastics as possible.

I get this gum for my mom. She takes some meds that seem to dry her mouth out and this gum seems to help more than other gums she tried. Flavors are good too.

I highly recommend this gum. It stopped my teeth sensitivity, and I’m sure it stopped a cavity that was starting.

I appreciate that this gum doesn't contain every artificial sweetener known to man like IceCubes does. The flavor is good, but is gone in seconds. The consistency is also mediocre at best.
