Decently works and great product, sturdy and easy to clean

I'm a few days away from injecting anything, but I've used several different injectors and this one feels like it's made very well. The big pluses for me is that it has a nice case that keeps everything together. I like the sight glass, it comes with replacement O rings, and three different needles, and cleaning brushes for the needles and syringe body. There's some decent weight to it and it fits good in a large hand. Nicely done!

Works great and fairly easy to clean in a short time frame

It worked well the first 3 times I used it. The inner tube is plastic and it does become disconnected from the metal out tube. That was not a problem except on the 4th use I was unable to get the plunger clean the device as the plunger would not remove from the tube. I always lubricate it after cleaning. I took good care of it but only got 4 uses before it became stuck. I've worked on it with hot and cold water. With more olive oil etc. The plunger just will not cooperate anymore. Not sure what more I could have done to care for it. It is a disappointment. Update: I am pleasantly surprised at the support communications I've received from DePango. Their customer service is exceptional. They stand by their product and are shipping me a new unit. WOW! Great people. I am upgrading my rating to 4 stars based upon their response to my issue.

Stainless steel. Easy to handle, follow instructions and use. The case is perfect. The results are fantastic and made a dramatic difference with the meats that we placed in the smoker. Great product!
