AMAZING Customer Service. Had an issue with my first unit, that was probably an issue I caused. The representative immediately sent out an entire new unit. AWESOME all-in-one unit too. I would recommend this unit to anyone with a household of 2-3 people and who has hard water. Easy to install and quite.

Works behind the scenes, I have set to recharge via the gallons. I’m away a lot so this causes it to only recharge when needed not while I am not using water,This saves on salt. My home has simple plumbing so my outside faucets are on the soft water. Good part of this is better car wash and no stains on house when watering plants and yard. Bad side, it increases filtering a great amount

Love my water softener easy install.It is saving my pipes, fixtures, and on all of my appliances. It also keeps my skin, healthy and glowing, and not drying it out.

Defective. Released resin beads through out the whole house.

Everything works as it should but it showed up damaged. Contacted customer service and they basically said to return it at my cost. That wasn't really an option. Installed it and just hoped it didn't leak. It was easy to install. The unit has been in for about 2 months and the difference in our water was immediately noticeable.

Love this conditioner. Easy to install for the DIYer. Needed assistance on a leaking drain fitting and customer service promptly sent out a replacement. I couldn't be happier.

No problem with the water softener it works fine although there was a problem with packaging and shipping and handling. It wasn’t packaged very well or not handled properly because I had to fix a few cracks from shipping and handling. Other than that. It works fine. They need to package it better or remind the shippers that they need to handle with better care.
