My Jackson Elle Fusion skates were shipped and arrived in a very timely manner. I ordered these through Amazon Prime because the Pro Shop at my rink stated that it would take them 2 weeks to get the same skate, and I did not want to wait that long. These skates were exactly as I ordered for color, size, and model, and exactly as pictured. These skates are fantastic! They are very comfortable and fit as the size chart describes. I love them more every time I wear them!

I previously ordered the jackson ultima artiste skate in wide but they were not wide at all. I returned them for these jackson elles. They are perfect for my feet. Comfortable, foot bed and extra padding around the anklebones. The skates are heat mouldable and there is extra padding on the tongue. Comes with extra screws for blade. I take a size 9 shoe and I ordered these in 9W and the fit is good.

I have really wide feet, ankles and calves and these skates are amazingly comfortable with plenty of support.
