A good, firm foam
I wish I would have gotten this right away instead of trying other foams. This is a proper seat foam with good firmness. Definitely a sporty feel to it which I prefer.

Great for increasing seat height
I’m a motorcycle road racer who has been struggling with fatigue on my current “A” bike. A friend swapped to a taller seat on his race bike and found decreasing the angle at his knees put his thighs in a better position to have more power when shifting across the seat from side to side. I bought a crappy used stock seat for my bike and cut this out to shape and stuck it on. I wrapped the whole thing in black duck tape to keep me from catching edges and peeling it off. What a difference! It made a huge impact on my stamina and overall comfort level by just elevating me 3/4”. The adhesive is quite good, though I would say if you don’t prep the surface with alcohol or something, I wouldn’t expect it to perform as well. It cuts easily and is the perfect density. I would definitely recommend, and if I were doing it again, I’d probably buy one of their generic precut shapes as what I cut out looked a lot like what they did only not as nice. Highly recommend for this application.

Multiple uses (professional cycling)
Great quality. The glue smells a little bad but it goes away after a few minutes.I used it for other purposes, for a triathlon aero bar on my bike, as a pad to rest my elbows. 1.2mm was good enough.
