This review is for the fire and garlic blend. For once, I did not buy it on Amazon, where I buy almost everything these days. When I first tried legion of spice's killer Mediterranean rub (MANY jars ago), I signed up for their mailing list. I found out about this new line from an email ad that arrived a few days ago, and I immediately bought two jars of fire. All I can say is wow! This is the real deal! Not to mention dried chilis and chili pastes, I must have 20+ different hot sauce or spice blends, ten+ hot salt blends, and a handful of hot salsas in my fridge/spice closet right now. Aside from the ones that are too hot to be be anything but gag gifts for most people, and don't allow for nuanced flavors, this is one of the the strongest blends in my closet. Few others have this heat level and a nuanced flavor. In other words, it's not crazy hot, but it IS hot, and it's also delicious. If you love spicy food, not jalapeño hot but unseeded bird eye chilis hot, but resent the lame gag gift blends that obliterate flavor in the name of heat, or sugar or salt loaded junk blends, you have to try this one. It came with a sample of their spicy everything blend, but I was do darned happy with the fire blend I immediately signed on just to review that one. Thank you again to this company for not packing your seasoning with sugar or a lame salt and chili powder mix.
