Will these work for the trunk speakers as well on a cross country tour?

No. The opening only allows for 5.25” speaker. Even a different brand, the same siz, needs the back of the recess to be cut, to allow room for the magnet.

Will this product work on a batwing of a 2002 kawasaki nomad 1500?

Sorry these will only fit the Victory XC Cross Country

does it come with hardware..

It does come with hardware. You have to mount from the back of the speaker housing. You also might want to consider a speaker come to project the sound out through the fairing. I picked up some cones from Auto Zone that does the trick. I also put silicone around the edge for sealer.
