Can I use a stylus other than the one that comes with it?

If you click on the upper box to the left, you get a small menu. If you click on pen mode - one from the bottom, you can change the sensitivity setting. With pen mode on, only the stylus that came with it will work. If you turn it off, any stylus will work - but so will your fingers - or anything that touches the screen !

Can you write, draw and take notes offline without any wifi connection? Is this an exclusive feature of this tablet? What app(s) can you use for this?

It is basically a tablet with all app options. You do not need WiFi to draw, etc.

Could i download the fire alpaca app on this by any chance?

Firealpaca has a draft drawing app on Android store. But there parent company has an additional app called mediabang paint that can also pair with the draft app... Sketchbook is my go to app with this device. Hoping krita and full versions of firealpaca make it down. Not going to replace my surface 2 but it's light weight and we'll designed.
