Works very good. Would always be nice to have a slightly wider groove for better sighting aquisitionI do not believe there is any way to use this with scope attached witch is fine, I got this so my rifle could be functionalupon optic failure or when I do not want to pack in the extra space/weight of scope.

Wish I bought this first
I bought the UTG version of this and found only 3 out of 4 screw holes would line up. Got a replacement and had the same issue. Just purchased the NCStar and the shape, coating, and overall quality is much better. Buy this one.
