Q: Is this 100% ceramic or ceramic coated?

Ceramic cookware is metal cookware that's been finished in a ceramic coating. This coating is what makes these pans stand apart from their stainless steel, aluminum and other nonstick cousins. The ceramic finish on these pans is free of PTFE and PFO (commonly called Teflon) as well as heavy metals. I've had mine for about 2 months and love them!

Q: Works with electric stoves?

I have the sauce pans an 8 and 12 in skillets and use an older electric stove and all of these pieces work wonderfully. I was originally worried the older burners would scratch the bottom surface but I've not had any problems with scratchers in or out. They heat well and maintain even if I turn down a !little to stop any possible boil over. Have the turquoise blue and just love the qua!ity and weight of these pieces!

Q: Do you carry red sauce pans with white interiors that work on induction ranges?

If the cookware you are referring to is made by Greenlife, it’s not the exterior color or ceramic non-stick interior coating that will tell you if it can used on Induction appliances. The material used for these cookware is recycled aluminium which is non-magnetic, so will not conduct heat transfer from an Induction unit.
