Easy and quick to make, with a strong kick of spice and delicious curry flavor. It can be a bit sweet, so I typically add just a bit of salt, and you'd do well to use less water than recommended, just enough to cover the tteokbokki if you want it more like a sauce. if you're a spice wimp as i often am, you can even halve the seasoning you put in (it's a lot of seasoning) and/or add a few splashes of milk at the end to give it a nice creaminess and cool the spice just a touch.

so i usually never follow the cooking instructions on noodles like - jinramen nongshim etc- i like to eat it out a bowl or hot pan- from stove- i sautéed some chili oil with garlic- and added fresh garlic then added the curry from this package- i then added my hot chili flakes- i sauteed the Tteok-bokki until plump- then added hot water- cracked an egg added shredded kashkaval cheese- two korean dumplings and sliced green onions - omg the first bite of tteok-bokki was literally delectable- needlessly to say i inhaled the meal - and am contemplating buying other flavors👍✨i highly recommend for anyone wanting a quick snack for dinner or something super satisfying to eat when you want quick and easy!!
