This slide is very good quality and sturdy. When I first received my product it was completely damaged, however, this was the carriers fault. I contacted the seller and sent them pictures of the damaged product since the carrier was no help. They were very helpful and my slide was replaced. Overall, great product and great customer service.

This slide is so esthetically pleasing and sturdy. It arrived damaged but customer service was great and communicative. I received the new part quickly! They also offered a coupon for further products.

Surpassed all expectation.This is a ridiculously good quality for the price.Arrived quickly and was pretty easy for one adult to build solo.Have used it daily since arrival (couple months ago) and cannot recommend it enough.As nervous Nelly parents I was concerned about snagging or sturdy needs and frankly our toddler does not always use it as directed and it hasn’t wavered at all.

I’m so bummed that the slide is made differently and it arrived days over the time to add warranty . The slide is also smaller now :(, cheaply made. It didn’t last long .
