Yes, our Oil Rubbed Bronze finish matches the Delta Venetian Bronze finish very well. While some Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes are more brown in color (like Moen's Oil Rubbed Bronze) the HammerHead Showers finish is more black in color with copper brush strokes. This not only matches Delta's Venetian Bronze finish but Moen's Mediterranean Bronze and Kohler's Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish. What you'll find is that the hose connectors have more of the distinct Bronze finish patterns with those brush strokes, while the coil has less as it is very hard to get those brush strokes through on the actual coil of the hose. ~ HammerHead Showers Customer Care

Will it fix a moen shower head?

Most shower head & Hoses are a universal size . If you read in the product description it says universal. So I would imagine it will work on your shower head .
