Impressed - much needed upgraded from my previous shoes used for grappling + weightlifting. Really solid comfort, ankle support and grip. As a guide order 1/2 to 1 size larger - they do break in nicely however.

I recently picked up the Adidas Mat Wizard 5 wrestling shoes, and they’ve quickly become my go-to pair. Right out of the box, I was impressed by the quality and comfort. The fit is snug but not overly tight, which gives me the support I need on the mat without sacrificing mobility. The grip on these shoes is outstanding. I feel stable and confident during every match, whether I’m shooting for a takedown or scrambling on the mat. The lightweight design also makes a huge difference; I hardly notice I’m wearing them, allowing me to focus entirely on my performance. Another feature I love is the breathability. Even during intense workouts, my feet stay cool and comfortable. The cushioning is just right—not too soft, but enough to provide support without being bulky. If I had to nitpick, the sizing can be a bit tricky. I recommend trying them on or checking the size guide to ensure the best fit. Overall, the Adidas Mat Wizard 5 shoes have exceeded my expectations. They combine performance, comfort, and style, making them an excellent choice for any wrestler looking to up their game.

Great for boxing workout. Runs small, wish I got a half size up. They seem durable and good quality. I would have returned them but I needed them that day.
