I have followed a Keto diet for the last 3 months, and generally stick to fresh meats, veg, cheeses etc, but when I saw Slim Fast had a Keto version I decided to get a rub for the days where I just don’t feel like cooking lunch or don’t have time.The first time I tried the shake I suffered from violent diarrhoea within 20 minutes of consuming the shake. I thought perhaps it may just have been that I’d drunk it too quickly. I hadn’t given it another try until yesterday. We’ve all had the half-term lurgy and my energy levels were low so I decided to try another shake instead of preparing a proper lunch. BAD MOVE!Spent half an hour doubled up immediately after drinking it, then the remainder of the afternoon running back and forth to the bathroom.There will not be a 3rd time! I know many people have had great success with this product but there is obviously something in it my body doesn’t like! Have binned it!My advice to anyone trying this product out is to make sure you have a free morning/afternoon just incase you react to it like I did! I just thank my lucky stars I was not at work! 🤣

Tried various low carb shakes and this is definitely one of the nicer ones.You get 10 portions so £1.50 a shake.It is quite filling and tasty. I've tried adding a shot of espresso or a teaspoon of coconut oil which both work well.I used to use the atkins shake but that made the shake bottle stink, which put me off.This also makes a nice smooth shake using a shaker bottle and doesn't require too much effort to get good results.Be nice if they did more flavours
