These helped me a lot. I was able to feel tried and fall asleep which is very difficult for me to do. Finished the bottle a few weeks ago and will purchase again. Wish it was a little cheaper. That’s my only complaint.

I had been taking s Doxylamine sleep aid for years until I realized some of my "problems" were side effects of Doxylamine. I stopped taking it and, thankfully, the problems I had been accepting as getting old, disappeared. I wanted to try something "natural" and this product seemed like a good choice. It did NOTHING for me. I just laid in bed pretty much wide awake and was a total Zombie the next day. I tried it again and the same thing happened so I gave up.

My functional medicine doctor sells this at his office and he recommended it to me so I bought it from him and when I needed more I found it on Amazon for a little less. I use 2 pills every night it does not leave you feeling groggey in the morning.
