Failed 10 months Later!
Failed 10 months Later! Warped badly at the plastic base and suspected o-ring failure. definitely not OEM quality but i should have known better for the price, its a beast of a job to install! Go with OEM or All Aluminum version now available that wasn't at the time i replaced mine, definitely not a part to cheap out on!

Junk, part failed at 11 months
UPDATE, PART FAILED AT 11 MONTHS AND UNDER 10K MILES. SPEND THE MONEY ON THE DORMAN ALUMINUM PART AND NEVER WORRY ABOUT IT AGAIN.I installed this in a 2013 Town and Country 3.6 flex fuel. This part is identical to the OEM part. If you look at other manufacturers of this part they have plugs on the end that can pop out. Not this one. When set side by side you can't tell the difference between the original Chrysler part and this. Its heavy and very well constructed. Both sensors are working great as are the seales for the intake. I did purchase the Mahle o-ring/seal kit for this part and disposed of the o-rings that came installed as most reviews state that this is a common fail item with these Chinese knock offs. The Mahle o-ring kit was $15 at Advance Auto Parts.Overall the part isn't that hard to install. I would say 45min to get the intake off and 45 min to get it back together after installing this part. The hardest part about this job was keeping crud out of the exposed ports and passages. Definitely have oil and coolant on hand as the oil will need to be changed and you will lose coolant during this process. I took the upper hose off, which was adequate for draining the upper engine. Just be sure to have the vehicle running and use the bleeder on the thermostat housing right where the upper radiator hose attaches to the engine when re filling with coolant. As far as the brackets on the front of the intake with the 10mm nuts. Just remove the nuts and bend the brackets forward. They will pop right back in place when the intake is installed. This will save you the headache of removing the brackets from the engine block. This job isn't as hard as videos would have you think it is. I did use air tools which sped up the process. A good cordless nut driver will be very helpful for the many bolts on both levels of the intake. I do highly recommend this part as a cost effective replacement for the OEM part. I will update immediately if an issue should arise. Installed 1 week and driven about 200 miles as of this review.
