I've had this mattress for a few months now and ive never slept so good & my hip pain is completely gone!We are also a bed sharing family, my infant and toddler sleep with us, this bed is perfectly firm enough for safe sleeping with an infant.Huge bonus that it's also less toxic than other mattresses, and had no off gassing.More than satisfied! I've reccomended this mattress to a few friends and family. I'm so glad I decided to try this before spending thousands.

Hey everyone, Mike Jones here again with another quick and concise Amazon review.So up today we have the Live and Sleep Resort Ultra 12-Inch Queen Size. This item is hands down the best bang for the buck foam mattress you can find on Amazon. I rarely give any item 5 stars but 6 months after owning this item it still is a 5 star product. I was looking for a new bed and I knew I wanted a foam mattress, no box springs, and I wanted about a medium comfort setting. I went and posted up on a bunch of Tempur-pedic beds and I decided the medium setting is the one for me. And while the TP beds are awesome, the one that I wanted was $6,000 dollars. So, after about a solid month of searching, I decided to roll the dice and purchase this bed. And as I said, 6 months later and I am still loving it. It showed up, all 60lbs and all, and after I cut it open I put it in place in my bed frame and washed the top layer comforter in some light bleach. There was virtually no smell (which I read was a big concern for people) but I did let it air out in an open windowed room for at least 12 hours before I slept on it. It took about 24 hours for it to fully inflate but once it did I put the top layer back on, some new sheets, and crashed on it. Now, here is the funny part. I read from other reviewers that it took a few nights to get used to it and that their body hurt for a few nights and for me... this was absolutely true. I had incredible back pain for the first 3 days after I slept on this thing and all I could think about was what a f***** waste of money this was. Then, on the 4th night, I slept like a log and woke up feeling completely refreshed. Since then, no back pain at all and I get great sleeps. No joke, for the first 2 months after I bought this, every night when I was about to go to sleep I genuinely got excited about getting in bed. My girlfriend loves this bed as well! I rotate the mattress once a month and it has never deformed or broken down. The bed is a perfect blend of support and softness and it hasn't faded or become lumpy at all. I put this in an Ikea bed frame and I paid extra for the upgrade lattice support. You want to put this mattress on a firm support (like the ground) and if you have slats that are too spaced out the bed will sink into it. Make sure you get a solid base to put this mattress on, trust me it's worth it! The ONLY downside to this bed is that the corners are rounded. It's not a big deal, but it just means that it doesn't fit snug in my rectangular ass bed frame.The pros: Amazing comfort, incredible price, no odor, and it was delivered in a box to my front door! What more can you ask for?!?!?The cons: The mattress has rounded corners which does not fit flush in my rectangular bed frame.The overall: This mattress is perfect (for me) and I love the combination of plushness and support. If it lasts even 3 years then it's totally worth the money because for $500 you can just go buy a new one. I WOULD DEFINITELY buy this product again!I hope you enjoyed this quick review. I purchased 2 twin XLs for use as a "Split King" with an adjustable bed (Also a split king, for independent adjustment). The mattresses look and feel great. I've only had them a few nights, so it's hard to say definitively, but I'd say my sleep has improved. I tend to lean toward a firmer mattress and my wife a softer one. Neither of us have any complaints about it, so I'd say the claim of "medium" is spot on.A few nit picks.The mattresses aren't really the same size and may even be a tad oversized on the width. We've got about an inch on either side where they hang over the frame, and I suspect my wife's to be the culprit. My wife's also seems a tad taller after the decompression. Neither discrepancy is really a problem for us, but it does make things look a little awkward on inspection. The variation seems pretty small. This is mentioned in their description somewhere that like sized mattresses might not be identical due to the manufacturing process, so I only bring it up for visibility sake.The other is pricing. I purchased these at $350 each ($700) while a king (same size) and california king (bigger) are both currently at $600. Comparison for materials would lead me to believe the price would be $300 a pop (and a few days later they are cheaper at $330, which also stings a little). It wasn't enough to make me not order obviously, but it did get the suspicious side-eye.I recommend the product. First impressions are that this is a great product and it's working for me. The possibility of slight size discrepancy was noted and the price wasn't enough to keep me from ordering. I don't know anything about their costs or process, so I'm only looking it as a consumer opening their wallet, but the Twin XL pricing seemed out of place in comparison to the other sizes. I haven't tested any of the multi-thousand dollar mattresses in the current market, but I can't imagine I'd be any happier with them except to justify to myself spending the extra money. Maybe I'm wrong, but ignorance is bliss.If anything changes I'll update in the future.
