Bought in November 2022. Stopped working in May 2023. Not even a full 6 months!!!!Wrote to the company and explained howdisappointed I was. They responded immediately asking for my order # & addressSo I'm hoping they will send a replacement!Happy to say that I received a new replacement today! Thank you

I was really excited to get this toothbrush as I had been using a Sonic toothbrush for many years. I liked the overall set with the extra brushes, travel case, etc. as seems to be with Murphys law, just after the 30 return period, I noticed the brush head was no longer spinning so I removed the brush head only to have a white piece come off. didn't think much of it and reinstalled the brush head and used it normally. as I was brushing I noticed that it felt different in my mouth when I realized the brush was not spinning. I took it out to investigate further and nothing I did would get the brush to spin. I called Amazon for support and they are reaching out to the vendor as they have a 90 warranty on it. lets see if it gets resolved. I also noticed that the brush is no longer charging in the base. hopefully the manufacturer will replace it otherwise, I'm out some $$

Of course I used it for my teeth and at first I was very happy with the product until the brush head broke and the replacement brush head would not fit for me to continue using this product

I went through all the troubleshooting instructions given on website, And nothing But a red light flashing. The charger and the connection on the toothbrush are clean of any debris. It actually hasn’t been used very much as I also use a traditional toothbrush as well, and the fact that this one hardly charged.I contacted Aquasonic and I sent the video as the requested. Then they sent me more troubleshooting tips (which I’ve already done). After several e-mail’s exchangesI’m pretty much disappointed altogether. There is supposed to be a 1 year warranty. DONT count on that. Note: I now see other reviews that have had this issue as well.**UPDATE: after another month, they did send me a brand new toothbrush. The whole kit. And come to find out, it was the charger that went bad. So all in all, if you just work with them, they will eventually honor the warranty.

Great tooth brush, trains you to not brush hard the brush will stop spinning if you're pressing to hard.. I do like this tooth brush but when it's time for a new one it's not one I'd come for again. Rather pricey.

The product does what suppose to do. Clean your tooth. After little over the month of use, the battery charger indicator stopped working. Not sure if this is still charging, but seems to be charging. Product is still working as of today.If you are looking for product / expecting product that all the function works, then this is not for you. As I indicated, charger indicator stopped working and never came back on.Tooth brush function is working, so it is OK. I guess I get what I paid for.Wish they can send me the replacement, the battery charger indicator went off little over month past by, so I cannot return it for replacement with Amazon...Hope this helps/UpdateI bought this product Dec. 2021, and the product stopped charging and working in Jun. 2022. Better off using regular toothbrush… only lasted 7 months…

As an owner for the past almost 4 years of two Aqua Sonic Black series that still work like a charm, as I began to run out of replacement heads, I stumbled upon the Pro Spin. Received it yesterday and tried it as soon as I could. What can I say! It's another wonderful product from Aqua Sonic. The ProSpin is so great that after the two minute session turned off, I had to brush for another two more. The cleaning sensation was great (Used it with my Arm&Hammer toothpaste). A definite 5 star for this one also. I have also purchased one for my wife and will recommend this product to all my family and friends.UPDATED: March 15th, 2022After only one month of use, the brush assembly just broke and fell apart. I placed a new one in and today, once again the brush fell apart. The machine itself is working fine, holds its charge quite well, but the brushes are very poor quality. For this reason, after such a good experience with this brand, I am bringing down the rating to 2 stars.

I was so excited to use this brush. My mouth felt dentist fresh! The handle is smooth and it have cool different setting. It actually spins in a circle and doesnt just vibrate. The battery lasts a good time. Ive went weeks. But all this was shortlived because after a few months just stopped spinning although it was fully charged. Maybe it was a glitch in mine. I'm requesting a new one now.Update: They gave me a new!! I'm so happy! My teeth is so clean and my tongue just slides over my teeth :)
