Although I noticed a slight powdery residue on the tiles post-application, a quick wipe-down with a cloth easily resolved the issue.I must caution prospective users about the strong fumes emitted during application; adequate ventilation and protective gear are essential. However, this minor inconvenience is outweighed by the remarkable results achieved.Fast forward six months, and I am pleased to report that GLEAN has stood the test of time. The grout remains pristine, effectively protected against stains, grease, mould, and limescale. The seal has proven to be a robust waterproof barrier, evident from the absence of colour change when wet and the presence of tiny water droplets.While the initial investment may seem steep, the efficacy of GLEAN makes it worth every penny. As a first-time user of such a product, I initially hesitated due to the perceived expense. Overall good value for money, very easy to apply, drys quickly and does give a good seal, but not as durable as hoped. Applied to grout in shower to prevent mould, did a great job for a couple of months, but needs reapplying now (area does get heavy use and cleaning products have been used on surface).

This is a fantastic product it does exactly what it says on the tin. It's transparent in terms of colour so that's great and waterproof, so i think i won't have to reapply for a while. I would implore anyone using this for the first time to follow the instructions exactly as the smell can be overpowering too.

This is great use regularly on my pebble border in the bathroom. Easy to apply .

amazing product i use it after regrouting my shower and it works a treat, make sure you open your windows before using it and maybe put a mask on when using it i had to come out of the bathroom 3 times as i could not stand the strength of the fumes.

This was an excellent choice and it has stopped the shower bottom tiles from getting water behind them. Really pleased with this product.
