Not 16mm
Looks good quality but like what is said in other reviews, the screws are 14mm not 16mm. They are shorter than my 16mm screws

I ordered these for my snowboard and they are a fit. The delivery was fast. My only complaint is the package arrived opened and missing a screw. Thankfully, Amazon support team rectified the situation and sent me a new one the next day.
