Keeping Your Cool: A Book about Anger (Growing God's Kids)

Got this for my grandson, who has a problem with hitting. I read this to him and my 3 year old granddaughter when I put them to bed the other night. Both of them were so enthralled by the book, kept asking questions. Asked to be read it again when I got done. There were a lot of questions, which I felt was great. Showed that they were really listening. Hope this will eventually help.

Sent this to my niece. She was able to identify her anger.

What a great tool for helping teach kids how to deal with their emotions in a healthy way. We talk about "what would Max do?" all the time!

This book has helped tremendously with my kid and his tantrums!! I will suggest this book all day everyday to any parent.

I bought this book for my 5 year old daughter and she really like it.It is short but author did a good job with the story.I recommend this book for other parents.

Decent story that kept my 3.5 year old interested. It does mention god/religion at the end, just fyi. Doesn’t miracle fix problems but not a bad story for bedtime

Gave to Gt. Granddaughter who was having a temper problem at school. She's 6 and being bullied because she is tall for her age.

this is a great book for kids and my son loves it.

Great book, we arent religious but still enjoy them...there is one quote from the bible and at the end makes a reference about God in the questions but I still have these books amazing, easy for my son to grasp the concepts with different examples and even the quotes applied were beneficial

LOVE this book, what a great way to explain how you feel. My nephew loves this book, probably because he can recognize the frustration of having these feelings and not able to express them to anyone. Really great buy for your "frustrated guy".

Good book for kids

I'm not religious, but I love this book and series. My son relates to them and they use language and scenarios that he can understand. I highly recommend these.
