Does not clean as well as regular toothbrush
I purchased this with a month to go before my next cleaning because I noticed by gums are receding and it is very painful over one particular tooth. I used it for that duration twice a day but because my teeth are close together I found it difficult for the short little bristles to get in the cracks. When I went to my dentist the hygienist told me to stop using it because I was accumulating a lot of plaque in between my teeth and instead showed me a very soft tooth brush head that I should buy for sensitive teeth. She said that your tooth brush should never have bristles that have become bent because of brushing, and that with electric toothbrushes, one need only to hold it gently over the tooth, applying almost zero pressure for it to work. So will receding gums grow back ever? Unfortunately the answer is NO. Much to my shock she said once they are gone they will never come back! I asked, "where did they go?", thinking maybe they can be pushed back down. She said "You literally just lose them, they are brushed away". At this point the dentist came in and examined my teeth, his conclusion was a bit different from mine (and the hygienist), he said my gums were receding because of malocclusion; my teeth are so close together they are receding the gums! The treatment? Medically necessary invisalign, up to $8,000! How I will pay for this I have absolutely no idea yet, but the point of the story it that this toothbrush will not fix all your problems and you really need to see a dentist have you teeth looked at. In my case the bristles were too short to clean the crevices where my teeth meet, and I suspect that if you have the feeling they are not cleaning in between yours- or you have difficulty reaching them- it probably isn't working well for you either. Awful toothbrush, great tongue scrubber.
Not a very good toothbrush. Difficult to maneuver. Feels as though it has no bristles at all when brushing. It does make for a great tongue scrubber, however (probably the best tongue scrubber on the market, but one of the worst toothbrushes).

I am a little disappointed in this tooth brush
I am a little disappointed in this tooth brush. The bristles seem very short and I seem to be brushing harder against my teeth than I did with a soft brush with longer bristles, so it appears I am defeating the purpose of purchasing a brush that is easy on my gums. It just doesn't feel like the bristles are on my teeth.

I'll keep using it to see how good it really is
"Definitely a new way to brush your teeth. Feels totally different since the rubber bristles are short. I'll keep using it to see how good it really is. "

Periclean
You need to get use to it, but it will not remove plaque as good as regular electric brushes.

Very happy with periclean
I have been using the toothbrush for a couple of weeks and so far I'm quite pleased. I easily accumulate a lot of plaque and tarter in my mouth so I tend to be a hard brusher to try to keep it at bay. I've done a bunch of damage with decades of overbrushing and have quite a bit of gum recession. The great thing is that with the periclean I can brush with some vigor without hurting my gums while keeping my mouth clean. I've heard that some users have even grown back some of their gums over time. I'm hoping to be one of those individuals! An issue I have is that my lower gums are inflammed but since using the brush the inflammation has already lessened a bit. Another bonus is if you buy the periclean and have any questions Dr Gruber is great about answering them. I feel like in buying the periclean in addition to getting a great toothbrush I also got individualized responses to my questions from a very knowledgeable, seasoned periodontist! So far very happy.

Completely worthless
I can't believe I even wasted money on this. It's basically a rubber stick in your mouth that cleans nothing. Worst invention ever.

I just didn't like it. It ended up tossing it
There's nothing "wrong" with this toothbrush, I just didn't like it. It ended up tossing it.
