I've been trying to find pleasant ways to incorporate Chia seeds into my diet & am thrilled I found these....BlackBerry Bliss is definitely my fav so far but the mango coconut is good if chilled first in the fridge.These little packets are full of everything good for your body, I've been recommending them to all of my fam/friends

So I usually get this for myself as I am going true surgery and I can eat, my ENT doctor said you need to have the surgery due to radiation to remove all teeth 🦷 from mouth so I don’t get my cancer back since I am in remission and I have necrosis or some like that.But this is 1st time I am trying this and OMG 😳 I love ❤️ the taste of the Green ones so delicious a lot tangy but I will order more as my surgery’s are weeks apart- out with i/ heal …& so forth.I will definitely buy this again and I am sure my son will love them to. Highly recommend yummy😋😉
