I like these pens, but I bought them with the objective of using gel ink refills that I have. I prefer gel ink. It turns out these pens are a little non- standard. I had to use a knife to cut about 1/4" off the top of the gel refill or the pen would not retract, thus the 4 stars. No big deal for me, just unexpected.The pens seem sturdy. I will put some in stockings when Christmas gets here.I have no opinion about the ink that came with the pen since I did not use it.

Feel a bit light. Bought them for my laser burner. Love them for that.

These are cheep pens good for pens that you don't care about and are okay with losing. About 4 of the 12 pens I got broke in a day.

I bought these for the eco-sensibility of BAMBOO, but was happily surprised by the quality of the actual ballpoint pens! I bought 150 of them for an event--and ALL of the pens worked!!!! I'm going to now use these at home, too!

Very good quality for the cost. They work well and look good.
