Two times a day self talk
Until I read pillow self talk, I thought self talk was only for a morning routine. Since I have started incorporating a night routine of 5 minutes, I have been able to sleep all night without waking up and even feel more rested. It is rewiring your brain. I am able to focus more and get more done at my very stressful job, which by the way always causes sleep interruption thinking about the issues going on. I realized that not sleeping enough or getting deep sleep was causing me to not think clearly or even make good decisions. Reading the suggestions in this book has helped me tremendously.

Kristen has given us another excellent book. As someone who tosses and turns every evening, the scripts in this book provide me with the structure and means to welcome a restful sleep. Grateful.

A wonderful addition to affirmations and goal achieving!!
I love going to bed reading one of Kristen’s scripts to imagine the life I want to live! They relax and center me, Allowing for deeper relaxation and sleep quality. I also believe my mind is working on whatever I focus it on before I sleep. Her writing is beautiful! I also recommend coffee self talk to start your day!
