Yes, it fit on my 2005 and my Haynes manual goes from 2003 - 2008. You should be good

can i use the wrench to tighten the filter?

Better to hand tighten and loosen later with a wrench. Wrench can often bend/damage the filter.

I'd suggest buying a universal oil filter wrench. Otherwise contact the manufacturer for the specific mm size.

how long can these be used before replacing them?

I replace it ever oil change at 5,000 miles with new Mobile 1 oil. They say ever other oil change, at 15,000 miles but I believe it is the cheapest thing I can do to keep the car running, the oil and oil filter is the cheap compared to any repairs because lack of oil changes.
