We really like this device. We use it up at a vacation home which is only used a few times a year and it does not make sense to have dedicated internet service. The instructions are not very well written and need to be improved. It appears to be written or translated by someone who does not use English as a first language.

It was difficult to figure out how to use. Instructions could of been easier to understand. Finally got it working in the camper out in the woods. Still not really understanding it.

My family and I traveled to a cabin where WiFi wasn’t provided. Knowing this in advance, I purchased this device and hoped it would allow us to use with our phones, laptop, and fire stick. This device didn’t disappoint. We had about 8 devices connected to the hot-spot and didn’t experience buffering issues out loud of service at any point. I love that I was able to buy the device and didn’t have to pay extra or monthly for gigs of service As I only need this for special trips, I don’t need a monthly plan and this way I didn’t have to worry about canceling the service before the month was up.

I’m trying to purchase a data plan and the device freezes during the pairing device process. I tried contacting customer service, but I keep getting a message saying they are offline. I used this for work since I see clients daily and I need reliable wifi connection and now it’s affecting my productivity. Can’t use it without data plan and customer service is horrible. I’m returning it!

The first hotspot they sent me would not hold a charge, but they replaced it promptly, and the replacement arrived quickly. I tested it in the states, and it worked fine. Great, I thought. I made the mistake of pre-buying packets for the UK and Ireland. When I got to these countries, I discovered you have to buy them while in the country. OK. So I did so. And nothing happened-the. Hotspot could never find a signal. Not in Ireland. Not in Northern Ireland. It just kept spinning around and around, searching for a signal. It never found any. The fact that I bought this kept me from buying a product that would’ve solved my problems. So, I was left depending on whatever Wi-Fi I could find. So, for me was worse than a waste of money.
