Little noisy but arnt they all , it’s worked all summer for 10 hrs a day , no complaints , fits on counter no probs , take 5 mins for ice to come throu , best I’ve had so far , soft ice too

this did not work - it froze the whole water tray into one solid block.returned it via Amazon as you never know who or how to get to the seller- but then got an email from seller stating that as I had returned it via amazon they would not pick up P&P - even though they would have done if i had waited days for their reply to Amazon to return! The measure of any company is how they deal with customers complaints and concerns MHSTAR have been abysmal in this. I had to all the chasing, finding the tracking and delivery and when it was delivered all they would say in return is 'we are not paying the £11 P&P. I was considering using them for a replacement unit but not now. So be warned it is not just how good or bad the item you are buying is, it is also about how good the seller is. these are in the zero star section..

This is the third ice machine I’ve bought now as my first one slowed down after many years of use and the second is for the caravan

Well worth the money for me. Fills ice tray up in an hour and keeps it full all day for me. Don't leave it turned on at night tho. I turn it off at bed time and turn it on in the morning and with in 20 mins am back to ice.. Awesome product works what I wanted to do.. Mine didn't come with an ice scoop but to me honest I didn't care I have one already..

I bought this product as I'd seen one in use at a party. I was very impressed with the speed of ice making. The system is a nice tidy unit, easy to clean. Its not the most expensive but does the job. My only negative is it's not supplied with a scoop to add ice to your drink.
