Heavy duty base... Worked perfectly..

I bought a thrift store recliner, perfect for my living room.My wonderful son in law mounted a piece of plywood to the chair frame and then attached the swivel attachment. It was not hard to do at all. Very sturdy.Even the dog likes it.My chair reclines and swivelsI am a happy camper!

It's better than new

I bought one of these previously, but had to return it. So I ordered another one, which fits perfectly. The bolts provided were not long enough, but thankfully I found some in my garage that would work.

I used this by attaching it to a piece of 3/4 inch plywood which I covered with black pleather. That I then attached to my lazy boy to change it from a sliding recliner to a swivel. It worked very well.

These are of very high quality. I had two leather chairs that I wanted to convert to swivel vs. standard 3” legs. No instructions included but, none needed. These are not “plug and play” devices. You’ll most likely need to build a frame to secure them to the bottom of the chair. Not too difficult depending on the chair if it’s a conversion .

DO NOT ORDER THIS!! After 3 months, the ball bearings started to fall out. A year later, no ball bearings left when I lifted the recliner. Piece of junk!
