Get what you pay for I suppose.These look good, but they’ll need to be trimmed a good be to fit right.

Weak Adhesive
The adhesive backing isn't very strong. I noticed some of them peeling up where there wasn't completely even pressure across the fan corners. But for the most part they work decently.

Did not fit any of the fans
The gaskets are to big I had to cut them all manually to make them fit on either of my fans. It was annoying to say the least.

Noticable reduction in fan noise
I'm glad I got em. I compared the sound level with screw mounted fans, and no pads, with the pads mounted and the Noctua NA-SAV2 rubber screw replacements. Fan noise is significantly reduced.

Stuck on to fans without any vibration isolators
Cannot comment about noise improvement. They fit onto the fans I used and stuck well. It seems that rubber fasteners would be needed to reduce noise transfer to the case, but I used them with screws anyway.
