This is the brand that my eye doctor suggested. My sister and husband also use it. I feel it improves my vision.

This is an excellent product for dry eyes. I stopped taking FortifyEye for a few months although I used it for years. After experiencing drier eyes, I realized what was missing. I immediately order this product and had relief within 48 hours. Since then, I no longer have to use eye drops as often. There is no aftertaste or smell.

My optometrist recommended I get this product to ease eyelid swelling caused by ocular rosacea (yes it's a thing). I don't care for the size of capsule, way too big so not easy to swallow. Also occasionally get fishy burbs. Otherwise the product seems to be helpful with eyelid swelling.

Also, when blood tests are taken my good cholesterol is always excellent. :) I usually plan to take with food to prevent the fish taste that can occasionally come up your throat.
