Battery Case for iPhone XR, 7000mAh Slim Portable Protective Charging case Compatible with iPhone XR (6.1 inch) Rechargeable Battery Pack Charger Case (Black)

So I would consider myself a heavy user, up at 7:30am bed by 11:30 pm and this phone constantly gets used. I use it for everything so needless to say the battery doesn’t last. This battery gets me through an entire day and I am able to charge the phone up a little more if needed. I have a IPhone XR and honestly the battery is weak. Is it heavy? Heavier yes but not heavy. For a few ounces more in weight get this beast over the 5000 MAH you will thank me later, even though we will never meet you will still thank me.

Product works really well with the iPhone xr. It more than doubles the battery life. I am more than impressed with this case, It's not as bulky and heavy as I had expected. It fits the phone perfectly and everything lines up. I dropped the phone down our stairs just hours after I put the case on and the phone survived without a scratch.

For the first month, this was great. And then, a rapid downhill slide. First it started to reject my (non wireless, old school wires) headset, then it stopped holding a charge and now, today, after just 3 months of use, a piece of the charger literally broke off inside of my son's phone, rendering it broken. Tomorrow I have to take off work to find a phone repair to fish out the lost piece of this charger/case. I'm really disappointed and wish I"d just bought a better product in the first place. Save your money and buy higher end.

The case is smooth but not as slippery as many with a good battery backup (maybe not as high as advertised) providing at least 1.25% phone charging. Both important to me. I did find one issue. While in full use (audio streaming) the phone depletes during charging. While plugged in AC charging through case my phone power steadily dropped. Not sure if a priority charging by the case chip because the case maintained is charge (flashing showing attempted charging occurring but not getting above bar 2). I was using an iOS fast charger. My phone battery kept dropping from 60% over the course of an hour at least to30% before I realizedit. I pulled the case and charged them separately. Phone charged to 95% in 20 minutes and the case charge to the 3rd bar (3of4) in about the same amount of time. Conclusion is that your phone will drain if case is on phone and cord plugged into case. I was listening to Pandora and reading mail, email. While a little inconvenient I’m not totaling unhappy and would still recommend. Probably a programming bug in case. My previous cases did not do this but case reserve power was not as good as this one.

So far this battery has been working great in the LG-G5. No complaints. So, thus far it gets a 4 out of 5. I'll come back in a few months and if it is continuing to work just as well I plan on upgrading the review to a 5. I see some pretty negative reviews on several of the battery products and have to wonder if the bad reviews are because they are putting replacement batteries into phones that have problems in the first place. I would advise anyone replacing a battery to go through your phone and either do a factory reset or get rid of apps, and review settings to make sure you don't have battery sucking issues in the first place.UPDATE: Still working great. No complaints.

I like the battery case with extra charger cover because it keep me going well into the next day. Last about 1 year. Good product!

This is a great idea but not executed very well.. The battery really does about 50% charge and gets very hot. It’ll get so hot some days that my phone will shutdown. The charging port to charge the battery is very cheap and already breaking and it only been 2 months of daily use.
