i thought it was better quality, I expected it to last longer and it is very difficult to dry. My hands are itching and gets red. My fingers are swollen with some allergy and my hands feel warm at times.

Initially the fixing light would not work. Finally realised the cable was faulty. (Probably broken as it was coiled very tightly!) Apart form this everything okay when I used a spare cable. Not everyone would have the knowledge to overcome this and would have needed to return the pack!
