I'm a Ken Follett fan. Always enjoy his books. Don't let length put you off - he draws you into the story. Something to look forward to each day.

Best Read! This is a got to have series. Ken Follett is such an amazing author. No library is complete without this series.

Love the the artwork in this set of books. Arrived in excellent condition too. Non of the books had any issues with the covers at all.

I won't speak to the author's work you obviously have read Follett and are here because you either missed 1-2 books in the series and thought it best to just go ahead and pickup and edition that's a set. :) Pan Books did well with these! They read very well with good font and little show-through. I find this format best as Ken's novels have high page counts and you want them to be comfortable to hold. I won't lie, I loved the idea of these 4 in a set and I do appreciate the aesthetic of how they adorn my book shelf all alone. No spine ware after a full read of book 1. I give these a 5 star because of the combination of price and quality.

I have read all of Ken Follett's Kingsbridge Series of books. They are well-written and seem to be very well-researched. The series not only follows the town/city, but the families as well through history, starting with a Viking raid and, so far, up to Elizabethan England. I am very much looking forward to the next book in the series, coming out later this month.

I haven't finished all the books, but I am rapt by the one I have finished and am reading now. Follet writes a great story wrapped around the historical events of the time. I highly recommend his work.

I have already read these 4 books and the 5th book but there were so many years between books I decided I wanted to reread the whole series. By the time I get through all these again I am hoping the final 5th book will be out in paperback. I highly recommend paperback since there are so many pages. The hardback I just read was very heavy!

4 large books. Average used condition. World Without Ends was missing pages 1005-1012 and the book ended on 1014 so not sure exactly what happened in the end…the Pillars of the Earth had all its pages. Haven’t read the other two yet.

Great value, great books! Ken Follett is a master storyteller and these four books make up a fabulous set. Bought for our niece and she can’t wait to start them. I read them as they were published over the years (so out of chronological sequence) but all have been very absorbing especially Pillars of the Earth which left me bereft when I finished it!
