Fragile and unclear labelling
The instructions and writing on the product are not very clear. I still haven't figured out the bidet function from the cleaning function.The bracket (?) with the controls feel very fragile and a simple accidental weight put on it will surely damage it irreplaceably

It’s very big it won’t fit under the toilet cover. You either choose this bidet or your toilet seat cover. Although I used it for months and it worked well but looked bad in terms of size

Doesn’t work. Poor design. Zero stars.
I am unable to use this device. It jams my toilet seat up. Meaning the device is squashed down during seating and the water jets cannot deploy. Poor design.
