My hair was getting thin,at my age 70,so I saw these and enjoy eating 2 a day as they are delicious! My hair grew thicker,and my nails,which used to split easily,stayed strong ,and Im clipping them regularly. I’ve not noticed much change in my skin except it feels less dry. Thank you very much.

60 tablets but need 2 per day so only a month per pot. I felt they were expensive for multi vitamins but my daughter struggles with taking tablets and medication she has makes her hair and nails very brittle so was suggested she take to help with side effects. Not sure how effective they are yet as only taken for 4 weeks so far

After 15 days of use I saw a good result in my hair loss, brittle nails and a good appearance on my skin. It tastes good. I highly recommend it!

Loved these gummies very much, so full of flavour, easy to chew and very moreish could eat more than 2 a day. Still early days on how good they are but so far so good, would definitely recommend.
