Dried Shiitake Mushroom, 100gm (Sawtooth Oak Mushroom)

Adds nice flavour. Completely dried mushrooms so they won't plump up as semi dried ones. soak in lukewarm water for min 40 mins max of 2 hours depending on the texture you want. They have a nice chewy texture. They don't have a sharp flavour but a wholesome hearty earthy flavour which gives that extra oomph to stir fries and broths. Perfect for Korean dishes. One mushroom is enough for one serving. They are very clean. Complete mushroom heads and very little stem so less wastage. will definitely buy again.

Buying this for the first time.Soaked the mushroom in water for ten minutes. It's very rubbery in taste.Don't know the exact taste of it. So cant comment.I won't buy this again
