Q: What are the red and blue clips that come with this thing?

They are called scotch locks. They are used to splice the wiring of the unit to the wiring of the vehicle. Blue is for 14 to 16 ga. wite and the red is for the smaller18 to 20 ga. wire.

Q: Can these also be plugged into your antenna ?

That’s how it’s installed. Between the antenna and the radio.

Q: How do you ground it? I only see one red wire which is positive but no black wire for ground.

A car antenna is already grounded when attached to the body of the car. The main cable is grounded. Yes, the red cable is for 12v power. Just make sure your vehicle radio is a "standard" size antenna connection and not the "smaller" cable connection like on a navigation radio for an H2 Hummer, or it will NOT plug up without a step down adapter.
