Q: i notice a picture has a toggle at back with a cord hanging with ear flaps up Is the cord hanging at back required to keep ear flaps up?

Toggle at rear is to adjust the fit of the hat. I have removed chin cord as the ear flaps stay in place without. A good warm hat used for golf.

Q: How tight is it ?I wear glasses and needvto wear it all day on my deliveries so need a bit of wiggle room

I bought this for my father in law. He wears glasses and has no problem with it. We bought this as the strap makes it adjustable. The ones he had tried on in shops were either too big (with no way of making it smaller) or they were too small. He loves it!

No. Earphones, yes but not headphones unless they are flat/thin but even then there isn’t a lot of room between hat and head. It keeps you warm and dry but it is tight to the head.
