Absolutely love these. Bought them for my hubby to wear to my brother's wedding, they look so fancy. We'll made, metal does not irritate and my husband really likes them. Definitely recommend.

These are awesome! They are HUGE and look so nice! They are a little heavy though - so I can't wear them for too long or my ears start hurting.

So, I actually bought these bc I wanted some sapphire tunnels, but couldn't find any. So I was gonna try to pull the CZ out and fit "real" gems inside, but wow these look pretty great the way they are! They're blindingly bright in daylight though, so I probably will only wear these at bars, concerts, etc. They definitely will catch everyone's eye lol. For anyone else who had a similar idea to me, the back is completely open so you can fit any gem as long as the diameter is the same. Totally worth the $12 Edit: I found a lab on Etsy that makes synthetic corundum for really cheap, so I got these cerulean blue sapphires and they fit beautifully! (I ordered the 1/2" plugs, the zirconium stones are 15mm in diameter in case anyone is wondering) The prongs holding the stones in are pretty easy to bend with a little force and a flathead screwdriver, but the zirconium might chip or scratch so be careful if you're trying to keep them. Overall I think I paid about $45 shipped to get the end result, and I couldn't be happier. I know this isn't what this product was intended for, but I'm definitely gonna order more of these zirconium tunnels and buy more gems!

I love these so much. They look so nice and for the price it's great. I just don't like that after a while the gem gets loose and then shakes around. I have bought them more than once so I do like them just wish they would fix the glue issue with the gem.

As described. Beautiful and good craftsmanship. A little heavy for warning but being duel flares helps hold into place. All in all great product!

For me personally these are too big. Though the zirconia is brilliant and cut very well, the "gold" hasn't flaked or discolored, Although I've only wore them a handful of times. These would be great of you like extra large diamonds in your ears. Personally to large for me though, I wish they were the size of the gauge hole and not larger than the hole.

These diamond gauges really exceeded my expectations! I needed something professional looking to wear in my ears for my clinical rotation and these could not be more perfect. They really have a sparkle to them and the gold is subtle, classy not gaudy. I recommend putting them in after a shower or after a moisturizer/balm is applied to your lobes for maximum comfortability and ease. These are perfect to wear for a professional job, wedding/formal event, or even everyday use. I love that the tunnel itself is thin, allowing it to fit snug without hanging/sagging, and the back can either be a screw-on or rubber ring (comes with both options), perfect for sleeping in as well. No poking/jabbing. Also, they aren’t as heavy as some of the other reviews claim. If you wear silicone 24/7 then obviously this jewelry will feel heavier then what you’re used to. These are light weight in my opinion - again, no sagging or excessive hanging while wearing them. Mine are 11mm in size. I love them, I highly recommend this product! 100% satisfied customer, zero complaints!

Hello, I was expecting the stone to be clear but it came light blue. Unfortunately the company doesn’t allow me to use light blue. Great quality but image color doesn’t correspond with real.

I've got many plugs but all be saving these babies for work, night out or special occasions. Stunningly beautiful but don't think I would sleep in them.

These things are way too heavy, they will stretch yours ears and just fall out.
