HIGHLY RECOMMEND VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
This has to be the best camera set up by far. The quality of the picture is very clear, even when zoomed in, it’s so easy to use and the battery life is good too. You can easily move the camera angle so I can see the whole room and it has really good range too, my kids are in front rooms and it reaches as far as the back of the garage at the end of the garden. I like how it doesn’t connect to wifi too. Amazing quality for the price. We use 2 with split screen and i love it. After a year of using the set up I had an issue with the monitor, I emailed the company and they replied very quickly with some troubleshooting advice, when this didn’t work they sent me a replacement straight away. Extremely good customer service. This was also over Christmas time so can’t thank them enough for resolving. 10/10 highly recommend this camera.

Incredible customer service but 2 faulty units
Both the parent unit and one of the cameras had to be replaced as they stopped working. However I have to mention the incredible customer service, quick responses and next day delivery of replacement units on both occasions. The other camera failed out of warranty and was also replaced as a courtesy. Despite the unreliable units, the quality of the product design, build, image and overall experience is excellent.
