Beautiful necklace! Instantly became my new favorite pendant. Love getting compliments on it because I agree haha Still tickled pink over this piece and absolutely adore it even after having it for a few months already. Had to unexpectedly pack to stay with my in-laws when my landlord told me last minute that there was going to be construction in my apt to replace all the windows. This pendant was the one piece of jewelry I grabbed & made sure I had with me. 😊❤️

It is costume jewelry but it is very nice! Looks real. Looking at the photos other's took, I decided to buy this and so glad I did. It should have been more costly, because it looks higher-quality. Happy with this.

This necklace was very inexpensive so I guess I shouldn't be surprised at how cheap looking it was! It looks like it came out of a 25 cent gumball machine! To add insult to injury, I was not able to return it to the nearby store that I usually return my items to. I had to take it into the UPS store and even though it was in the small box that it was delivered in, the return instructions required that it be put into a larger envelope for the return shipping. I was forced to pay for the envelope and had to pay to ship it back! To make matters worse, when I called A*azon customer service to demand to know why, the customer service rep hung up on me because she didn't have an answer and I guess I was just too persistent in wanting to know the answer. Furthermore, when I called back to speak to a manager...he was eating and talking to other people around him while on the phone with me! He also didn't know why I didn't have a choice on where I could return the item but promised that I would receive an answer via email and still have not heard back from anyone. (that was last week) What a waste of time & money!!!
