First, about the capability to cut through a 2" piece of wood -- I can tell you that it won't if you're cutting green wood with the loppers fully extended and you're working above your head. While I'm certainly not as strong as I was in my 20s, it's not a strength issue. The handles were starting to bend. That notwithstanding, I love this tool. The extra extension means you can do a lot of cutting that would normally be too high to reach. On a short step ladder, you can cut at pole saw height. They cut like butter through live oak green limbs of 1 1/4". Yes, they're heavier than shorter loppers or those with fixed arms, but the tradeoff is well worth it to me. They are well made. Rufus told me that they don't come with hand clippers. They do. The hand clippers are pretty average.

This is the best tree limb tool I have ever bought. It was very short and cut very cleanly. I cut up a pile of branches in no time at all. The blade is so sharp and cuts so fast and cleanly. These lopers are well made and strong enough to easily cut 2 in branches, either easy to open and the long handles but a lot of leverage.

I had an 18 foot tree that blew over during a wind gust rainy storm. The majority of the branch trunks were about 1 &1/2 inch trunk size branches. So I ordered this YRTSH 2"inch branch cutters and well worth the price. It did a great job cutting the branches up and will little ease and was very fast to do the job. Came with a smaller set of pruners too. I would recommend this package deal of branch cutters to anyone needing to clear tree branches with trunk sizes up to 1 &1/2 to 2 inches thick. I'll use these both to trim trees around the yard.

Very surprised at the quality of these tools. We had giant oleanders that we cut down with the large loppers and the small ones worked very well also. Worth the money. They are adjustable, but I am an older woman and don’t have a lot of upper body strength. I was very happy with these tools.

Solid built yet light weight tools. The big set extends just far enough to get bothersome branches on toy trees in front of my house. The hand set snippers are great quality and sharp with a safety locking mechanism for hanging on a nail in the garage. Highly recommend these branch trimmers esp at the price which I think is great!
