Great service from Amazon. Refurbished product was too good than expected
Today in afternoon I received Samsung Galaxy m52 5g (8/128gb) "Renewed Product" and While opening the delivery box I was literally shooting the unpacking video since I was afraid that the product will be good or defective. But I literally reveal that this refurbished product is soo good that I didn't expected. Device quality and it's accesories are too good that here I would like to give 10/10 points.🙂🙏 Thank you Amazon⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Guys! If you want to book this product, u will need to take atleast risk of buying refurbished product.

Wonderful product
The media could not be loaded. If you want a non Chinese option with 778g this is the perfect option...even cheaper than A52s 5g,although both are now out of stock in market .I've been using this roughly for 4 days there was no scratches ,dents,or software issues .Definitely I was in shock the condition was literally new,unlike refurbished products from cashify,2gud etc

Low quality product and replacement/return issues
The media could not be loaded. The term "Renewed" is misleading for customers. Rather should be clearly mentioned as a second-hand/old piece. The product was defective. Firstly, I applied for a replacement which was canceled by the seller. Then I applied for a return after lots of effort, they scheduled the date for return pick up but canceled by their end by saying that customer had refused. It happened twice. And still been waiting for the return pick up for seven days.

I hd purchased 2 refurbished phones and i think their displayes are not original ,i think they are changed ,there brightness is very low in comparision to other phonesBoth the phones of samsungIf it is true then it is just a fraud bcz nothing mentioned in terms and conditionsPlz clear all the things before buy

Our invoice is mismatched with samsung registered invoice date
We ordered samsung M52 5G in September 2022. We have to report to Samsung customer service for green line found issue but from Samsung service they told purchased date should be 30.02.2022. How it is happen. We want again clear invoice and report to me
