Worked great for adding a gold metal effect for my crafting project for my 3D printed sword that had needed the design to show under it with out the hassle of painting the gold area and having to worry about it getting out of the area that was supposed to be gold was faster than having to wait for paint to dry too and nice to not have to worry about brush strokes or having to tape off areas to spray paint and run the risk of removing the prior / silver paint job

Never done this before and I transformed a giant mirror from black plastic to "gold leaf." Looks amazing over the fireplace in a "Speakeasy" room in my basement. Plus, super easy and fast. Get the Mona Lisa adhesive and READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! Also, use the paper backing to transfer it onto your surface. You have to be careful not to get it stuck to the adhesive, but it makes smoothing the gold paper much easier.

You really get your money's worth. It's great.

the brush smells unbelievably horrendous. the faux gold leaf is fine, but I want to give this 0 stars due to the most awful smell of the brush. you have been warned.
