The robot vacuum has excellent quality and very good price when comparing with other options. It's quite powerful and find its way to through the house very well. The app is easy to use once you play a round with it a bit. You can select some no-go areas, schdule cleaning, etc. The mopping is quite good as well but you can only put water in the container which I think is the same for all robots. Very happy with it.

Tha product does work as advertised. It has excellent mapping ability, clean and mop the area as desired. It has good cleaning time once charged fully almost clean 2 hours at stretch when fully charged in normal operation.Only few times it is not able to find docking station, but after doing start stop, it is able to find the docking station.I wish it has better mechanism to address long hair cleaning since it jumbled in rotating parts and need to be cleaned time to time.

I bought the vacuum one week ago, it was difficult for it to find the charging base from the beginning but I thought since it is new and haven't got used to the map of the apartment maybe it was normal. Then today, the vacuum just stopped working and an error pumped up saying that the laser head was blocked. I tried turning off and on, disconnecting The Wi Fi etc, and nothing worked out. Im returning the product unfortunately. Will try to get another brand to see if I get better luck. Im waiting for the refund and hopefully amazon will give it, since I am still waiting for almost a year for a refund of a product they delivered wrongly.

We are very happy with the robot. Very decent quality. It navigates it way round the house very well. Good suction, we normally use it on the middle setting and that is perfectly enough. The App is very easy to use once you get the hang of it. As an example, you can close any area on the map and save it for future. The self-cleaning station is great. No need for any intervention for weeks!

its not readying qr cod and i cant see the name of the divorce on my Samsung, how can i connect them to give the command from my phone to robot?

The Bin bag sensor is defected, its brand new with Total lifetime of 30 minutes of use only and every time the robot goes to the station it gives error the bag is full and need to be replaced (even the bag still brand new), i have tried 2 brand new bags and gave same error! Disappointing to buy such an expensive and high cost machine and comes with a defect since 1st minute!However, the robot itself is very good, the cleaning is very good overall, with some comments on the path the robot is choosing to take for identifying the rooms.. and other small comments which can be neglectable.

This is our second robot vacuum cleaner. We bought R20 model last year which has been serving us very well and decided to buy the R30 model with the self cleaning for the other floor. They are quite similar in their functionality except for a bigger battery and the self cleaning station. The navigation and the power are great and the app is easy to use once you play around with it a bit. The station sucks everything in a dust bag that can hold as much as a traditional vacuum bags or may be a bit more. This brand has customer service in the UAE and they are very helpful which is a bonus.

It does its job perfectly. mopping is much better than many known brands. wish the battery was a bit better, though it is sufficient enough to vacuum two bedroom hall apartment. Recharge needed before mopping.
