TramontinaParing Knife 3" Stainless Steel Display, Redwood

I absolutely love these paring knives. I was delighted to find these on Amazon at a reasonable price. Great length, great feel, excellent cutting. I’d be willing to throw out every other knife I own and just keep these. They’re that good.

Extremely sharp, full tang

I have been using the knife for a few years for all my simple sharp-knife needs — paring apples, cutting chicken or steak, opening food packages — and it has held up well. I haven’t tried dishwashing it — I simply hand-clean it after use — and it still looks nearly new. The blade is not as sharp as it once was, and I haven’t tried to sharpen it — I prefer to have something adequate that won’t accidentally lop off my thumb. All in all, I am much happier with the knife than I am with most other things this millennium.

Sturdy, well designed, sharp, will likely last a few decades from the look of it.

I like a wooden handle on paring knives, and this one fits nicely and works smoothly. It comes very sharp, I will let it dull up some because I prefer my small knives to be used on fruit, cutting into my hand. I know this sounds funny, but I am 75 and set in my ways.

Great knife. Would by again

This knife replaces the same 'model/type' of Tramontina paring knife that has been used in our kitchen for many years along with several other knives of this same durable brand. Good value for the price.

This knife has solid construction. It feels heavy and secure when holding it, even though it's small. It is sharp enough to take on hard foods, cheeses, etc. while still being the right size and composition to quickly handle the softest of foods as well. The redwood is beautiful to look at and I can't even begin to say how much better it looks in person, the pictures do not do it any justice. I liked it so much I bought more to give as gifts.
